Roster Template - Rotating roster 14 week

I'm new to this so please excuse my noobish question and I really want to thank you for taking the time to help me out.

So I've attached the worksheet and I'm trying to select the worker with the selection box and make it show their current work week on the roster according to the starting week date.

So for example I've selected worker 14 (Cell J3) from the drop down I want it to show the current week based on the date of their working roster so for worker 14 it would show the week B10.

Or if this is too un-achievable maybe the workers just drop down one bar each week to have their names next to the new week as it changes based on today's date?

I'm happy for any suggestions or if there is an easy or more simplistic way of doing something similar too as this roster just rotates once it's finished.

    Chris

    Welcome to the forum!

What links worker 14 to that row?

OK, but how do I know that? More to the point, how do you know that? I can see nothing at all in that file that links that worker to that week apart from the note you have added to 'guide' us.

It would be helpful for you to decode the spreadsheet for us.

Sorry I'm not explaining this very well.

I think the best way would be to just make the workers in Column A drop down 1 cell for every new week. So for example worker 14 is currently working on week B10-H10 and then next week worker 14 will be working on week B11-H11 by dropping down 1 cell.
