Fill down and to the right to AG98
Copy X8:AG98 and paste special values into E8
Clear x8 to AG8

If it is not important to you then it definitely is not important to me.
Creating 2 named cells to allow you to amend both values later
Results in attached workbook in sheet "Amended"
B1 = 20, and is named "AddThis
C1 = 49 and is named "LessThanThis"
Take a copy of the worksheet and put this formula in cell E8 and copy it down and across to the relevant cells

Your conditional formatting says <= 49, so I have used that too
I do not think you want to add 20 to something that was not completed - so I excluded anything < 1

Thanks for marking the thread as solved
You do not need to "quote" complete posts - it fills the thread with unnecessary clutter.
Simply reply to the previous comment etc.
For clarity it is sometimes helpful to quote:
- the post#
- a portion of a post
- @MemberName if more than one member is taking part in the thread
