Referencing from another sheet. Example: ='Sheet 1'!$L22
As a spread that across consecutive cells , formula remains exactly the same. L22 across the board, instead of "$L22, $L23, L$24, $L25" etc.
But it Does work when I forumula: ='Sheet 1'!L$22
And when spread: "L$22, M$22, N$22, O$22" etc.
But I want the Row to change, not the Column....
As far as I know, dragging across will only change the column, unless of course there is a $. To change the row #, you have to drag down.

The $ in front of the column locks the column, in front of the row locks the row, in front of both it locks the cell. Hope that helps.
