    Seasonal Budget Amounts

    Hello,

Does anyone have an idea how to deal with some of my variable expenses that only occur certain months of the year? I have it set up now to have the same amount for each month from the 'Budget'! sheet. The 'Swimming Pool' category for instance will only have expenses from March through October. The rest of the months there won't be any spending. Possibly an exception column on the 'Budget'! sheet?

I do appreciate any thoughts or suggestions.

    Thank you,
    Joe

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking for. What are your expected results?

    Re: Seasonal Budget Amounts

I made a design error and think I came up with a better solution. Instead of the set amounts for variable expenses for each month I made a table on the Budget worksheet so each month can have a different amount for each category.

Like I mentioned with the 'Swimming Pool' category I can have amounts for the months that I use chemicals. The winter months will not have amounts entered.

This Budget workbook is still developing and I do appreciate any suggestions.

    Thank you Mr. Badly

    Re: Seasonal Budget Amounts

For seasonal budget amount : Firstly find out privious (3-4 years) history of that particular accts & analysis month to month & calculate average. Also to take feedback regarding condition of swimming pool & other machinery conditions. Like for Pumpset this also needs to maintain for swimming pool. Any other backup machinery also.
