Elimanating blanks in a column of data

I have found a number of formulas to eliminate blanks in a column of data but haven't gotten them to work yet. I have attached a spreadsheet including my latest attempt with an equation found on this forum somewhere. 2 problems are that a blank is left in J8 (which it should not) and the formula is eliminating duplicate entries in column H. I want to keep all the positive numbers in H. Any help? Thanks

As soon as you attach the workbook, I'll have a look.

Maybe I've read your requirement wrong, but are you looking to return column H if column E has a 1? If so, you can actually eliminate column H.

Also, as a side note, this could be easily worked out with a pivot table.
