    Text and Date in same cell formating question

    I've attached a simple example. I have a date in one cell "B2" and in D2 I want it to say Quintile and the date in cell b2. The formula I'm currently using brings over the date with the text "Quintile" but doesn't show the date as the same format as it is in B2. IS there a way to fix that so it shows "Quintile Mar-16" in cell D2? ANy help would be much appreciated
