Locked All Rows,Unlock only row which column 1 value is either Delete/Edit

Hi Team,

I am looking to archived the rows to sheet1 to sheet2. When someone edit or want to delete the row in sheet1 at cell(I,1).value("Delete/Edit") then before delete the row it will copy into the sheet2 and if someone want to edit the row,person can only edit when cell(I,1) have value of Edit and before edit the row will be copy into the sheet2.

But person can add the new row into sheet1 without archiving.

I do not want that every time run the macro to do this.

If someone one want to view the data he can view but rows B1:JLastrow will locked.

And rows B1:Jlastrow will be unlocked when Column 1 have value of Edit/Delete.
