Formatt spreadsheet to move cursor automatically to a defined cell

I am wondering if there is a way to have the cursor automatically go to the next column when reaching a reaching the end of a specified column? See attached spreadsheet. When I enter an amount in cell A6 I want the cursor to automatically go to Cell B2 so I can continue entering my amounts. I would like this to repeat this process in Cell A16 to automatically go to Cell B12 and so on. Is there a way I can create a form or something that will allow me to do this?
