    Index & Match Formula for Unique Values On Multiple Criteria

    Dear Experts,

    Please find here attached workbook, In Sheet1 from Cell B7 the present formula is only based upon the criteria at Cell B5 and i want to include searching criteria for Cell B3 also to search in Forecast and Actual tabs for Income unique values. Request to you please do help me out on my thread.
