Excel 2013 Advanced Filtering using Multiple Criterias

Hi all. In the attached file, I am trying to run an advanced filter whereby the following conditions are met:

    #OUTP-ADDR
-if a record is a PO Box, STE, or APT - exclude those records

    or

    #OUTP-STATE
-if the state is not "TX" - exclude those records

    or

    Send
-if its not "Y" - exclude those records

i believe i have entered everything correctly, but the filter doesn't work. I've tested each criteria independently, and they each work, but collectively, they don't. if anyone can help, it would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Hello and Welcome to Excel Forum TallTex
If I understand you want all of the conditions to be true, so it is not STE and not PO Box and not APT and TX and Y
That being the case they all need to be on the same line (they all carry the same weight) so the criteria range will be A1:K2 (as seen in the attached file).
