Calculate Project Workday End Date and Time Based on Duration

I need to calculate a project's end date and time based on duration (measured in labor hours). The constraints are a 40 hour work week (no evenings, weekends, or over time) and it cannot include holidays. The attached spreadsheet includes a second tab that lists the company holidays that cannot be counted. However, I'm okay with using Outlook/Excel's standard holiday list instead for simplification.

Any guidance on how to calculate this end date will greatly be appreciated!

Thank for the quick response. Do you have any directions for the spreadsheet, in terms on inputs?

Any other responses are greatly appreciated, too!

    nrschmid I would love to.

Please take the time to update your profile. Indicate what version(s) of Excel you want solutions to cover. Many forum members tailor solutions with that in mind.

For example the first function that springs to mind is NETWORKDAYS.INTL (and possibly WORKDAY.INTL).

However they are not available in all versions ... only Excel 2010 and newer.

Edit Please tell me how there can be a start time of 12:00 PM in cell B3. What are the shift times, or is that a 'typo'?

Please ignore that previous question. I read 12:00 PM and "thought" 12:00 AM ... geesh! My apologies.
