distribute hours and proyects

Hi,

I need assign hours to a group of resources. At the moment I achieve distribute hours accross months, but not in a correct manner. I explain a bit more. Example:

Spanish (European Formats)

Proyect Table

Proyect Start Date End Date Hours Sold
A proy 01/01/2017 01/4/2017 100
B Proy 01/01/2017 31/12/2017 9600
etc..

Calendar
Month Work Days Work Hours
Jan 21 168
Feb 20 160
March 22 176


Not all the months has the same number of work hours, in this point I'm now blocked. For example I have another table where I can assign manually the hours, but on the control table I know the figures are not correct distributed due to I fixed the number of works hours on 160 hours.
