Data Validation Does Not Extend In Table Column After Addition of Row

Please help. The file I have attached is not the original file: it is a copy of the original. If it can be corrected, I need someone to explain it to me so I can correct the original at work.
I have a sheet labelled "Tissue" that has drop-down data validations that pull from the sheet labelled "Data." When I add a new row to the table all the data validations and conditional formulae extend with it, except one—the drop-down data validation in column [H]. Column [H] should have a drop-down data validation with the source being =NameDynamic. Well, it does…but only if you right click the cell and choose Pick From Drop-Down List.

What is weird is that when I select the column to go to the data validation menu, it states that there is more than one validation, and asks if I want to erase the current data validations. I have no choice but to do so. Would that mean that I may have accidentally applied more than one validation, and, if so, could that be the cause why the drop-down arrow doesn’t appear when a cell in column [H] is selected?

I have the worksheet set to show objects, so that isn’t the problem. It worked a few weeks ago, and just stopped. I’ve tried everything to the best of my knowledge.
Help? I’m at a loss!

Hi STBTC,

What happens if you try to INSERT a last row instead of just adding it. Does the data validation work then? I think you are running into how to deal with tables in Excel.

I think you facing "DataValidationList" not update when you enter new data in "Tissue" sheet. See Row 77 & 78 its auto update while entering new data kindly check in row 79.

What did you do to allow the arrow to appear in the Inoculating Tech column?

Select complete column "H" & go to "Data Validation" > In Allow select "List" > In Source > =NameDynamic > OK
