Move a row based on a drop down outcome please help

I have attached my spreadsheet to the post.

Is it possible to move any data row from the "Worksheet" Page with the outcome (FROM COLUMN E) Result being one of (mains, not interested, head office, wrong number) into the "Recycle Sheet" removing it from the "Worksheet" whilst doing so.

Also if the outcome (Column E) on "Worksheet" Page is "Email" that it moves the row to the "Pipeline" Sheet?

Any help would be much appreciated

    Nick
