Combine rows where data in one column may match.

Hey there everyone, so I have a list with names, addresses, and items ordered. Currently, if people did two separate orders then they will have two rows although their items are being sent to the same place. This also applies if one person has more than one item, so each row has the persons information along with one item per row. I want to be able to see where the address are the same and where they are; combine them, not all of the information should be combined though, such as the name and address don't need to be, the item should be the only column with information being combined. I have found ways to combine where the address are the same but I am then left with the rows where information has been combined, when those need to be deleted once combined.
