Conditional formatting unique to each line but using the same formula

I'm going through a report writing tracking spreadsheet updating it / trying to clean it up for someone. I want to create a status column that will colour code the row if it is urgent or totally completed. I've the the conditional formatting correct for one line, but I am not sure how to apply it to each line instead of highlighting the entire sheet.

As the sheet contains confidential information, I've created a sample as the attachment.

Hope this works you can check the formula on Contional Formatting and click on "Manage Rules..."

Thanks that works great -- not sure why it didn't work when I tried that before posting.

I'm trying to do it with dates, but can't see to get it working either
