Date auto generate problem

Hi friends…………
Today I am facing some problem in my formula……………Please guys help me……….

I am uploading an excel file in which I am facing the problem………..in the spreadsheet it contains two tables…………..

Table No. 2 is auto expending the date………if you change the start date (i.e. 01-01-2014) Col-A5 and enter the Finish Date in Col-B6(i.e. 31-12-2014), the Table No.2 is auto generate the date from 01-01-2014 to 31-12-2014 that is fine………….

But I want result like Table No.1
In Col-A5 I will enter the start date (i.e. 01-01-2014) and Col-B5 enter the another date but it is not finish date (i.e. 16-08-2014)………..i want (Table No.1 auto generate the date like Table No.2) that the date auto expend from 01-01-2014 (A5) to 16-08-2014 (B5) but the twist is it should shows 17-08-2014 (A6) in next row and then it again auto generate the date from 17-08-2014 to 31-12-2014 including shows the number of days in particular month…………
