Hi,
I've created this spreadsheet to monitor which welding machines in work are having the most defects. It's basically the number of the machine plotted against the number of defects. Is there any way I can get the table to update automatically? I've attached a picture of the spreadsheet.

Post the workbook, or a sample, not a picture of it. Hard to tell what you are charting and what you want.

How do I upload the workbook? when I click the attachment icon its just blank.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

>go to "Insert" tab
>click on "Table"
>Right click on "My table has header"
>click "ok"

I'm not really sure what you mean, the tables already there and there's no 'insert table' under the insert tab.

plz look attach file. In this file creat table.
@avk: profile says 2003 so you can't insert a Structured Table. Think it will need Dynamic Named Ranges
Select cells B3:F12 and then Insert a Chart. Most of your values are zero at the moment and are linked to another sheet which is not present in the workbook
