Help with Formula to Pull Different Iterations of Customer Types

I'm in the process of creating a formula that pulls a different customer type after a certain number of customers have been added (e.g. For every 3rd new customer of Type A, I want to pull one new customer of Type B). Does anyone know a type of equation that could be use in this instance of modeling? Any advice would be extremely helpful. See the attachment as reference.

It looks like you have removed too much stuff on your sheet before posting, or you have attached the wrong file!!
