I have a workbook of new employees and their performance over 90 days.
It lists their name, manager, start date, along with several performance based stats.
I have charts created that show how they are doing compared to each other and can sort it however i like.
My issue is....
I want to be able to compare by team averages. SO, get an average of all employees under each manager and then chart that information. I've attached a snap shot of the spreadsheet I have, followed by the charts I currently use (which are listed by individual employee rather than an average per manager)
