User selectable data from Scroll Bar Form Control

Hi,

Simple question is can there be a user selection made by clicking or selecting an option button from a scroll listed data?

I have a sheet of 55 locations worked into a dynamic scroll bar list showing 10 lines using the offset formula to rank the data.

For instance the table show Sales, COGS, Margin etc on a whole location level. What I would like to know if a user wants to dive deeper into a specific site, can it be acheived that they can click on the site name from the scroll bar list to populate the detailed data for that site in a dedicated area beside the scroll list?
