How to convert countries into country code

Dear Folks,

I have a column with country name, I like to generate country code out of the country name.

Any help will be much appreciated!!

Thanks cytop. I want ISO codes. I have more than 100 thousand countries records in a column where countries are repetitive. It is not possible to add codes in front of these records. Will VLOOKUP work for this scenario.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
