I want to use Countifs function that fetches data from another workbook. But the problem is that I need to open the workbook from which the Countifs fetches the data. Is there any work around that I can use Countifs function for another workbook without opening the workbook. I am using the formula below.
=COUNTIFS([Adhoc.xlsx]Adhoc!$C:$C,$C$2,[Adhoc.xlsx]Adhoc!$B:$B,TODAY(),[Adhoc.xlsx]Adhoc!$D:$D,B21)*AS19

I believe that if you substitute countif with sumproduct it will work.
The above formula is untested
