Tables to Columns

Hey All,

I have a bunch of columns in a table that I need to put into a column. Currently I've just been copying a column from the table then pasting it and then below I would paste the next column from the table and so on. I was wondering if there were an easier way to do this rather than by doing each column of the table individually. I have attached a file as an example. I'm new to excel and help would be greatly appreciated!
