Good morning, I have been tasked to come up with an excel spreadsheet to record what holidays people have taken in a specific year. Simple enough but every employee has a different leave anniversary based on their start date. Leave is calculated in hours and the annual leave allowance is 396 hours. Leave can be carried over into a following year by request...

To get faster result attach sample file. Without data file, its difficult to know actual requirement.

Record the employees and their start dates in columns A:C on the "EMployees" sheet and record then holidays they take on the Data sheet
