Table to List for large data set using Macro

Workbook has two worksheets. Have & Desired. The datasets are circa 50,000 rows with a variable amount of MMM-YY columns.

Tried Kutools with no luck.

Not enough VBA knowledge to edit a script like this one:

Posted in this form to see if there was a non-macro / VBA solution. Any pointers appreciated.

Move your data to the upper left corner of your spreadsheet, ie. A1

@ alansidman. Thank you for that Normalize keyword and link. Unfortunately my VBA is nowhere near good enough to take on editing that script. I will look up some Normalization videos on Youtube.
