    Excel formula math maximum interest rate calculation without exceeding limit

    I've attached a spreadsheet that calculates interest based on what the user puts in as the interest rate. However I want the yellow cell or C1 to calculate the rate needed to match without exceeding the amount of interest in K3 or $9,707 dollars. Interest is computed monthly and principal amount starts at $36,061.14.
