Hi Everyone!
This is only a pseudo-excel question.
Conducting a recent survey, one question asked respondents to rate the Mission Impact and the Financial Viability of a specific issue on a scale of High / Mid / Low.
My question is how should I assess this data and turn it into meaningful information.
I'm attempting to use the Dual Bottom Line Matrix approach but I've found that seems to rely more on getting hard financial data on a program or issue.
I've played with assigning High(1) Mid(0) and Low(-1) but I feel zeroing out the middle impact/viability is hurting the visualization of where the issue falls overall.
Lets say for Issue 1, we had the following distribution:
Mission Impact: 5 High votes, 2 Mid votes, 1 Low Vote
Financial Viability: 1 High votes, 4 Mid votes, 0 Low Votes (1 person not rating)
Any thoughts on how I take these numbers, toss them about, and make a meaningful Bubble chart in excel or some other visualization that captures the data?
Other thoughts / considerations / suggestions?
Thanks all!!
