Caculate time worked / overtime from one day to the next

I need to calculate my overtime. I usually start at the same time (10:15PM) and clock out anywhere between 7AM and as late as 9 AM.
How do I formulate my cells so that all I have to type in is the start and finish time and get the answer back in hours and minutes?
