Auto Table building

Hi all, new to the forum so be gentle.

I have built a simple excel sheet and I am looking for a way to have an automatic list built dependant on the results of some answers in drop down boxes.

Here is a screen shot of what I am currently working with...

What I would like to do is have another table to the side which if any of the rows has a "No" on the Uploaded column all of that rows information goes into the new table, then once the file has been uploaded later and the drop down box is changed to "Yes" then it's info motion is removed from that table.

Basically I want a quick look table for the files that still need uploading.
