    Sequence Numbering

    Hello all,

    Can you please help me with my numbering:
    I want that excel will give me a sequence of number with this format:

    0022-16
    0023-16
    0024-16

    Enter in cell A1 and copy down
    Formula: copy to clipboard 
    =TEXT(ROW(A22),"0000")&"-16"
