sort data (smallest to largest) with formula (index - match)

Problem

I have been attempting to sort data which contains formula using a filter however I have not been able to do so. The column I am trying to sort contains the formula "=IFERROR(INDEX('Sharpcloud '!A:A,MATCH('Trend Connections'!B2,'Sharpcloud '!B:B,0)),"")". This column ideally should also re arrange columns B and "C to D".


where to find the column

This can be found in the event connection tab. Column A otherwise known as external ID. Essentially I want the filter to have 78, 79, etc while also re arranging trend and connection respectively.

Not quite. I am trying to return the external ID from the sharpcloud tab to the event connection tab. So for example if swimming in the sharpcloud tab has a external number "7" I want that external number to be reflected in column "A" next to the swimming event (column B). Following from this I want to sort the external ID tab whichever way I want (smallest to largest) or (largest to smallest).
