Firstly, sorry if this isn't 'strictly' Excel but I've tried numerous forums to no avail and the issue seems to be most prevelent in Excel. IN short, can't blame a guy for trying...

Put simply - whilst scrolling with arrow keys in any spreadsheet, cells get randomly filled in with a semi-colon and number, usually ';2' but i've seen 4's, 5's you name it...

Hugely awkward to navigate a data set when some of the data gets randomly over written - have to be on my guard!

It may be linked but occasionally (only when Excel is open seemingly) the shift lock will lock to on and i have to manually unset.

As said, not sure this is an excel issue but seems to hover around it and at this point i'm just of ideas. I've tried Microsoft & Windows support who were...as you might expect...much like a chocolate tea pot.
