Linking a Range of Cell to another Sheet/Workbook

Sorry for the trouble again but I just can't get this to work.

I have this task where I gotta take a range of Data from Sub-Contractors Final Checklist then Summarise the Entire Data into a different Workbook.

    Checklist >>> Result Summary

    BeforeBook1 >>> AfterBook2

Could someone Link The Data From Beforebook1 and include Formulas in the AnswerBook to automatically Tabulate All the results and Upcoming Data from Before book1?

I Place the following Attachment for AfterBook2 for reference as the Desired Results I am trying to obtain.
