Looking for an Excel programmer that enjoys or understands USA horse racing

Except for my first hello to the forum, this is my first real post. I'm an older IT guy that enjoys horse racing. I would like to find someone (preferably in the USA) that shares that interest and could assist me in finishing an Excel project that I started a while back. I have rudimentary knowledge of Excel but am not really very good at it. I have some video links to share to show what I'm trying to accomplish and am willing to share my spreadsheet as well to anyone that is interested. The company in the video that created the original software is no longer in business and I'm trying to write my own ESS to do the same thing. I'm probably about 80%-90% done with it but I need someone who can tweak it just a tad and have a finished working product. I'd also like to clean up my spreadsheet and make the finished item a bit more polished. Any takers? I promise I won't bite. Here's the video links. My current spreadsheet looks very similar to Link 1 but needs some "help". Mine does perform the calculations but needs tweaked. If anyone is interested, I can post my current sheet here or send via email if you prefer. Thanks!
