combo chart - 2 axis and 3 line

Hi I need to create a combo chart with 2 axis (date format on one and value format on the other)

Axis are Week ending data & hours totals

I then need a bar chart for the FTE data

and 3 line graphs for the hours, lower and upper tolerance

any help is greatly appreciated?
