    Multipe Ifs

    Hi
    In Column A i have employee names, Column B Their department, Coloumn C their designation , Column D their machines and Column E if he is present or not.
    If i need to write a condition to count with conditions of person present in Department, designation wise and building wise , how is it possible?
    Mentioned examples in the attached sheet.

    You could try =COUNTIFS($B$3:$B$11,OFFSET($J4,-1,-1),$C$3:$C$11,J$2,$D$3:$D$11,$I4,$E$3:$E$11,"Present") in J4 then copy to K5.
    Then enter =COUNTIFS($B$3:$B$11,OFFSET($J4,-1,-1),$C$3:$C$11,J$2,$D$3:$D$11,$I5,$E$3:$E$11,"Present") in J5 and copy to K5.

    You can then select the block J4:K5 and copy it to J7, J10, J13 etc.
