Error: One-Way Data Table / Sensitivity Table: Only correct value is current input!

I am an very advanced Excel user, and I have a problem with a one-way sensitivity table that nobody is able to sovle. Here is the problem:

1 - Calculations are set to "Automatic" - - - yet I still need to hit F9 for the table to recalculate
2 - The only part of the sensitvity table that is correct is the part for which the active scenario is currently set, so if scenario "1" is active, that is the only part that is correct in the sensitvity table (see attached)
3 - Per number two above, the sensitvity table does not stay fixed, as it should, but changes depending on what the active scenario is
4 - Not all rows of my sensitvity table are impacted by problem number two and three above, but only those related to a couple input formulas (highlighted in yellow with red text in attached)
5 - The input variable is on the same page as the sensitvity table
6 - I have Google'd the pants off this and have not found any solutions, nothing has worked so far
7 - Last time I had this problem (which was awhile ago) I think there was a circular reference somwhere and that fixed the problem; however, I have done the error checking and there is no circular reference that Excel has found
8 - "Enable iterative calculation" is checked

Please sombody have mercy and tell me what is going.

    Best,

I am sorry I can not share the Excel. The Excel is private, confidential and proprietary. I know this is a nuisance. If have any idea what the problem might be, please let me know. Thanks!
