The blank cell that wasn't blank

Long story short, I've got a huge worksheet with blanks here and there. Tried the easy method of finding and selecting all blanks, but they don't register as blanks. Not really sure of all the methods available to find out what the issue is, so I figured I would ask here. Attached is a column that acts as a sample of what I'm working with. Can't really paste the whole workbook as it contains sensitive client info.
