calculating hours to money does not work in the weekend

hello

I have a file which must calculate hours to money from 00:00 to 7:00 ( in the morning ) and from 19:00 to 24:00 ( in the evening). On workdays ( Monday to Friday ) will this file works perfectly , but when I used a date
With is in a weekend ( like 1-10-2016 ) the code does not work

The calculation is in the red after the cells
