Data input form and auto transfer and erase.

I’m trying to set up a form to filled in and auto transfer certain pieces of in formation to the tab “Response Data”. I have set up some Validations for drop down menus and assigned a button to transfer in formation. However, if the person forgets to hit it the information is lost. I also did the same thing with an Erase Data, It doesn’t seem to work very well. I’m not sure what to try next. I don’t do this kind of work very often. I would be very grateful for any help with this little project.
