Counting with highest / Lowest Scores

Hello,

Basic question regarding excel formulas.

In work we participate in a dream team and we have forfeits for the lowest scorer that month. I want to count the amount of "1st place finishes" in a tally and the same for "2nd.. 3rd 4th.."

Would anyone be able to help me with this... the layout and first month is attached

I would also like to have a small 3 month form guide...
For example if CW had the 3rd highest score the 2nd then the 3rd again...
is there anyway to show this as 3,2,3 automatically?

It's a kind of "slug it out" SUMPRODUCT formula and I only did it through November.

For 1st place finishes: =SUMPRODUCT((F6=MAX($F$6:$F$9))+(G6=MAX($G$6:$G$9))+(H6=MAX($H$6:$H$9))+(I6=MAX($I$6:$I$9)))
For 4th place finishes: =SUMPRODUCT((F6=MIN($F$6:$F$9))+(G6=MIN($G$6:$G$9))+(H6=MIN($H$6:$H$9))+(I6=MIN($I$6:$I$9)))
