Creating multiple lists

Ok, this is a sample spreadsheet

In the first tab we will fill in the info from the survey.
In the second tab is part of the hierarchical structure I want to use in columns L to Q of the first tab, using drop-down lists so that the integrity of data and names is maintained.

I´ve decided to work arund this and preparaed a whole spreadsheet to be used as a template for copying and pasting

If anyone is still working on this, there is no need anymore, but thank you! However, I´m still interested in the solution if there is one!
