I have a list of names and each of the have got, the below rating. Now I want to count the number of Excellent, Good, Neutral etc. in the result page. Please help.
1) Excellent
2) Good
3) Neutral
4) Fair
5) Poor
Attached is the excel sheet. Your help is much appreciated.
Try
G4=SUMPRODUCT(('Raw Data'!$G$19:$J$92=TRIM(G$3))*('Raw Data'!$E$19:$E$92=$F4))
