    Survey Gizmon help

    Hello There,

I need help with the attached Excel file, the file contains Good, Fair, Excellent, Neutral and Poor each of which is calculated in % as given below.

Feedback on the Customer Service Agent

    1) Excellent – 100%
    2) Good – 75%
    3) Neutral – 50%
    4) Fair - -25% (minus)
    5) Poor – -50% (minus)

If you receive the feedback where member had rate the staff as 3 Good and 1 Excellent – How do we calculate?

    Example :- 3 x 80 + 1 x 100 / 4 = 85% - Which you should give as 2 under Good with 80%

I want the number to be populated in the result page.

    Thank you in advance.

Would you clarify exactly what results you expect and where - manually add them.

It's not clear to me what the 2 is in D5 when the column Excellent is headed 5. Nor indeed why 1-5 are necessary when you have %s in row 3.

Richard Thank you for your reply, D5 is number of Excellent that person A is got in this case it would be 13.

What I'm expecting is for the result sheet to auto populate these number. Now, I have to manually do it for each parameter using a pivot and want to automate this whole process.

    Thank you!
