Ranked Scoring

Hi Experts,

I am looking for some advise on calculating the 1st, 2nd and 3rd highest score in a range.

For example i have a list of suppliers, of which we issued a questionnaire and noted the questions they failed on, and i am looking to find out which of the questions they failed on the most, 2nd most, and then 3rd most. I think i might need to join to formulas together such as MAX/OFFSET but i cant seem to make them work.

Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated, have attached a sample workbook as well.
