Dynamic list using data from multiple tabs

Hi,

My spreadsheet needs to update to show the hours worked per person each week. The issue is the list of names changes weekly.

Once I can get the list sorted the rest is straightforward - any help on setting up the list would be appreciated.

Sample attached with text boxes to explain the process.
