Cells get displaced after filter updates

Hello guys, I have a problem I just can't figure out. I'm using online spreadsheets to do some Data Analysis for my company. I used a filter to get info from another sheet that updates itself (and adds rows from the top with the respective info) automatically every time a new guy registers. The filter gives me information, lets say from column A to D and I created a new column (E) with info about the specific guy in that row. The problem is, every time there is a registration, the filter updates, adds a row and all the column E gets displaced cause it is not "linked" to the original row.

Is there any way to fix this? I would like to link/tie/bond column E to the respective row so every time there`s a new row, all the info isn't displaced.

First of all, there is a Sql database that exports data to an excel sheet. This sheet updates overtime there is a new registration but it updates from the top to the bottom. Then I use a =Filter to filter considering some info I need but the problem is that I added a new column right next to the filtered data that is static. I mean, every time someone registers, the =filter info goes one row down but the column I added stays the same so it displaces.
