Hello and thanks for taking time to look at my situation.
I need help figuring out my situation as this is beyond my excel knowledge.
Will try my best to explain as clearly as possible.
Here is a picture of the data that is manually entered in while im working. Because I have duplicate names or same owners owning in different group and severance had to create column column c with the formula shown to separate the duplicate names.

So while I am working entering data in the data tab, I want the names from column c to automatically display and update and be sorted in a separate worksheet, pic below.

The owners need to sort first by group letter a-z, then it needs to sort by severance letter a-z, then needs to sort by acres highest to lowest.
I do want any blank owners in column c showing in the result tab, however because technically those blank owners have "" in the cell due to the formula, im not sure if it can be eliminated from displaying in the results tab, so in that case I want all the cells with "" in column c of data tab to show up at the end of the owners in the result tab and not be displayed in between any names.

I found this article that shows at the very end a long formula that will automatically display and update and sort names alphabetically which is nice but i need this to work for my situation.
