I've out up a different example, hoping it will help me be more clear.
I would like to be able to pick all the car brands, each of a certain color with as many different combinations as possible as the example in the after sheet

For the future, make just 1 excel file, and use differant tabs instead of workbooks.
It will make is much easier to understand.
Notice my main language is not English.
